The Year-Round Student Research Program provides year-long research internships at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base for undergraduate and graduate science and engineering students at either the Air Force Institute of Technology (AFIT) or the Materials and Manufacturing Directorate at the Air Force Research Laboratories (AFRL).
The Wright-Patterson Air Force Base Summer Internship Program provides opportunities for engineering and science students to gain valuable research experience.
The Regional programming provides opportunities for students in all disciplines to connect with internship positions in various corporate, non-profit, governmental, and small business settings.
Through the SOCHE Engage network, Industry partners can help develop a strong workforce pipeline through support of project-based and work-based, experiential learning internships and engagements. Simultaneously, students gain valuable industry insights and skills, engage in civic learning and positive community impacts while connecting with the Greater Dayton Region.

The Defense Associated Graduate Student Innovators (DAGSI) supports Ohio’s world-class graduate engineering research programs at the masters and doctoral levels. DAGSI helps students and faculty find financial assistance for their research projects and will pay part of students' tuition.
